Would you like to start getting more exercise, but don't want to do it alone? Having a hard time finding classes that aren't designed for people who are already fit? If so, join the Evelyn Taylor Majure Library on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at 1:30 PM for their armchair workouts. All exercises are performed while sitting, so there's no impact on joints. They will be using instructional videos to lead the classes. If you have hand weights, an exercise stretch band and a towel, please bring them. For adults 18 and up.
