The free 90-minute class on first Saturdays is for adults to learn to meditate.

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, consists of four gentle exercises and a sitting meditation that help improve mental and physical well-being. It helps you reduce stress, improve physical and mental health and feel more energetic.
